About this property

SHOVEL-READY lot in Mauna Lani Resort! County, Mauna Lani, and Nohea HOA permits approved. Whether this is for a spec home or your own residence, save time and money with this ready-to-build opportunity. Lot 2 is truly unique: it is the only lot featuring an 8-foot-high, 230-foot lava rock wall along the property's border, built by the amenity center, which creates unmatched privacy and separation with your future back lanai overlooking mature, established landscaping. Because each residence includes its own pool, hot tub, and BBQ, the amenity center is typically very quiet, while still just steps away whenever you want extra space to comfortably host larger gatherings. This luxury 5-bedroom, 5-bath residence is designed with over 3,000 sq. ft. of conditioned living space, a covered lanai, pool with hot tub, two-car garage, and panoramic mountain views from the upstairs suites. Located within the exclusive Nohea community of just 31 single-family residences in the Mauna Lani Resort, it sits next to the Mauna Lani Auberge 5-Star Hotel and the North Golf Course. Enjoy the convenience of walking just 600 yards to the beach, pickleball and tennis courts, lap pool, golf clubhouse, and The Shops at Mauna Lani featuring restaurants, bars, and groceries. Nohea is a secure, gated community offering an amenities center with a large pool, hot tub, BBQ pavilions, and gym. As a homeowner, you’ll also enjoy exclusive access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club with its protected sandy bay, cabanas, Napua restaurant, and world-class snorkeling. Whether as a full-time family residence, vacation home, or income property (with Nohea rentals starting at $1,000 per night), Lot 2 offers a rare combination of privacy, location, and long-term value on the sunny side of the island where the weather is great year-round!
