Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home combines an established vacation rental with sweeping ocean, coastline, Maui, Kohala Mountain and Mauna Kea views. The open-concept living area is designed to take full advantage of the setting, with large windows bringing the expansive views indoors. Step outside to the spacious rear lanai, where a hot tub and outdoor shower create an inviting place to unwind while taking in the ocean and coastline views. Upstairs, the primary suite features its own private lanai with another beautiful vantage point overlooking the coastline toward Maui. The home is offered fully furnished and features split-system air conditioning, an owned PV system to help offset electric costs, and abundant storage, including space currently utilized as an owner’s closet. The roof was replaced in 2024, along with most of the home’s windows, and the exterior was painted in recent years. Tucked away at the end of the cul-de-sac, the property offers a sense of privacy while capturing views in multiple directions. Waikoloa Village community amenities include a swimming pool, with access available to property owners and, subject to association rules and policies, registered vacation rental guests. With its transferable NUC, established vacation rental history, furnishings, owned PV system, multiple outdoor living spaces, access to Waikoloa Village community amenities and panoramic island views, this property offers a unique combination of lifestyle and rental potential.
