Seller financing may be available! Seller may consider carrying a portion of the financing for up to 36 months with 40% down, subject to agreed-upon terms. Welcome to a truly special 1.37-acre tropical estate made up of three contiguous corner parcels. From the moment you arrive, it feels less like a typical property and more like a private tropical park—peaceful, productive, and full of character. Mature lawns and lush jungle views surround an impressive variety of fruit and food-producing trees, including banana, coconut, coffee, cacao, soursop, avocado, mango, citrus, lilikoi, eggfruit, macadamia, rollinia, papaya, lychee, guava, and dragon fruit. Two ponds add to the charm, including a large aquaculture pond stocked with catfish and tilapia, along with managed honeybee hives. The property includes three separate structures. The Upper House, built around 2015, is approximately 728 sq ft with a living/bedroom area, kitchen, and large lanai. The Lower House, approximately 650 sq ft, was built in phases with the final phase completed around 2010 and includes a grotto-style studio with a sunken living room and exterior flush toilet. The Thai House, completed around 2022, is approximately 675 sq ft with a studio room, kitchen, and two lanais. Unique touches include mango wood grown on the property used for the kitchen island and bannisters, oak sliding doors, a 12x18 monkeypod tree deck, and an outdoor cowboy-style hot tub. Set up for off-grid living with solar power and lithium battery, solar water heating, a 4,500-gallon catchment tank, hot and cold running water in all three structures, and three cesspools. Enjoy incredible nighttime stargazing and views of the Milky Way, plus the beach within walking distance. Furniture is included except artwork. Car and tools may be available separately. This is a rare, one-of-a-kind property that truly needs to be experienced in person.
