15-1634 Beach Rd

About this property

Truly a great opportunity to own a beautiful 1 acre property with more than 3,000 sq ft under roof, short distance to the ocean, in sought after Beach Rd in Hawaiian Paradise Park. The house, on the 2nd floor, has a 2 bedroom / 1 bath unit accessible from an inside staircase. The bright high ceiling living room opens up to a large lanai overlooking the beautiful garden with a multitude of mature fruit trees. You can literally feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves. A large multi-purpose room with numerous wide windows, approximately 480 sq ft, has its own wet bar, and is accessed through the kitchen. It also has its own outside staircase through a double french door. That unit could potentially be independently separated for extra privacy.  The downstairs, built with hollow bricks, has close to 800 sq ft of space divided into two main areas, a bathroom, and an inside laundry with recently purchased washer and dryer. On one side it has access to a large lanai; and on the other side a carport big enough for two cars, with a half bathroom. The lot is fairly level across terraced areas. It is fully fenced, with a lava rock wall at the front , and a rare gated access from both sides of the property. There is a fresh water well, and a catchment tank. Overall a lot of value for this competitively priced property, close to the gorgeous ocean cliffs and trails.
