Set on more than 1 acre inside a gated neighborhood, this property brings together a spacious main home and 4 separate suites, all less than 10 minutes from Kona town. The main home offers 2572 sq ft of comfortable living space with tall ceilings, large covered lanai, steel construction, stucco exterior, a large great room, and an updated kitchen featuring stainless appliances, Taj Mahal granite, and new dark oak cabinetry. A generous primary suite opens to a covered lanai, and the home includes multiple outdoor sitting areas that take in a sunset and ocean view and the mild climate of roughly 800 ft elevation. Many fruit trees adorn the lot, while still leaving room for more to be enjoyed by future owners. The guest house area adds four individual 1-bedroom, 1-bath spaces, each with its own entrance, and living area. Tropical landscaping and thoughtful placement create privacy between the units while keeping everything connected by outdoor paths. A standout feature is the impressive 2232 sq ft garage, offering substantial room for vehicles, projects, or storage, plus an additional 958 sq ft converter garage fully furnished with a bathroom. Wide driveways and a gated entry make access easy. County water service, a septic system, and a cesspool support the property. With its open layout, flexible spaces, and a location close to coffee shops, grocery options, dining, and shoreline access, this home offers a rare combination of space and convenience in Kailua Kona.
