About this property

Welcome to Alii Lani A204, where ocean views, oversized bedrooms, and thoughtful upgrades create one of the best values in Kailua-Kona. Located in the highly sought-after Building A, this second-floor condo enjoys one of the most desirable locations within the community. Very rarely do units become available along world-famous Alii Drive, offering the unique opportunity to watch the Ironman World Championship from the comfort of your private lanai while enjoying beautiful ocean views and colorful Kona sunsets. Inside, you'll appreciate the spacious, open feel created by high ceilings, abundant natural light, fresh interior paint, and brand-new carpeting. With no neighbors above, this move-in-ready home offers added privacy and tranquility. The oversized bedrooms easily accommodate king-size beds with nightstands and additional furnishings, providing flexibility and comfort rarely found in comparable condominium offerings. The remodeled kitchen has been thoughtfully designed to maximize both space and views. New porcelain tile countertops, bar-top seating, and the removal of upper cabinets create an open, airy layout while capturing ocean views from the kitchen and stunning Hualalai mountain views from the sink window. Additional features include a split-system air conditioning system that has recently been professionally cleaned and serviced, an in-unit stacked washer and dryer with an exterior storage closet. Alii Lani offers two resort-style swimming pools, BBQ areas, and beautifully maintained green spaces, all just minutes from Kona's beaches, restaurants, shopping, and downtown. The community is also directly across the street from the popular oceanfront saltwater pool. Whether you're searching for a primary residence, island retreat, or long-term investment, A204 offers an exceptional combination of location, lifestyle, privacy, views, and value. Priced to sell and ready for immediate enjoyment.
