Overlooking the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, the views stretch toward the coastline and provide colorful sunset skies throughout the year. The recently remodeled kitchen, completed in 2021, brings a fresh, updated feel to the living space. Additional improvements completed in 2021 include the installation of an on-demand hot water system, replacing the traditional tank water heater. An in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience. The comfortable floor plan is designed for easy island living, with seamless indoor-outdoor enjoyment from the oversized covered lanai. Being offered turnkey furnished, the condo is ready to enjoy from day one. The owners have thoughtfully removed personal items and artwork, allowing the furnishings and décor shown to convey with the sale. Located directly across the street from the Waikoloa Village Association amenities, owners and guests enjoy convenient access to the community pool, tennis courts, pickleball, golf course, driving range, clubhouse, library, and more. World-class beaches, resorts, shopping, and dining along the Kohala Coast are just a short drive away. This condo has been family-owned and enjoyed rather than operated as a short-term vacation rental, creating a warm and well-cared-for atmosphere throughout. For buyers seeking future flexibility, short-term vacation rental licensing may be possible, subject to county requirements and approval. The unit is accessed by a short flight of stairs to the front entrance. Fees explained: AOAO Monthly Fee is $1,281 2026 special assessment fee to be paid through 12/31/2026 by seller at closing.
