Located right next to the well-known Richardson Ocean Park, residents enjoy immediate access to one of Hilo’s premier swimming and snorkeling spots- famous for its fishing, surfing and frequent sea turtle sightings. It stands out as the only black-sand beach in the Hilo area, featuring a unique shoreline where the dark volcanic sand is heavily flecked with green olivine crystals. The park is a local favorite, especially famous for offering some of the best, most protected snorkeling conditions on the east side of the Big Island. Unit 402 boasts 2-bedrooms, 2 full baths and an incredibly spacious layout with over 1,000 square feet of living space. Fully remodeled in 2021, the home features a sleek, modern kitchen outfitted with premium quartz countertops, an elegant marble backsplash, a charming farmhouse sink, and contemporary gold accents. Say goodbye to dated popcorn ceilings—this home offers smooth, modern drywall and upgraded designer lighting throughout. The primary bedroom has an attached en-suite bathroom, while the second guest bedroom can be used as an office space, extended living room or sitting area. Unit 402 provides a relaxing sanctuary, and the large private lanai is perfectly set up for al fresco dining while listening to the ocean waves crashing on the shoreline. Complete with two full bathrooms that were transformed with beautiful custom tile work and new vanities. The complex itself embraces a relaxed, close-knit community vibe, complete with a community garden, manicured grounds, and pool!
